At Central Moto Gears, customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product received is damaged, defective, or worn out at the time of delivery. Customers must report the issue within a day or two after receiving the order and provide clear photos of the product for verification. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange. Once the issue is verified, our team will process the replacement or return accordingly.
